To say 2018 was a busy, and challenging year would be an understatement. It certainly had its fair share of struggles, and trying hard to have unwavering faith tested me at times. But it was one of the best rewarding running years I’ve ever had and it started on Day 1.

Life In A Nutshell
“I remember you wrote about that when you had your blog.” Eek. Had??? Those words were said to me last week and I’ll admit they stung for a millisecond. It wasn’t news to me that I let the dust settle on this blog and it’s no accident I’m posting this 2 months to the day…
August is Over and So Is Off-Season

Planning, organizing, figuring out the logistics, and…
music monday: 25 miles
Today’s song for Music Monday is taking us back a few decades and it’s a great song for any runner! But, it’s especially fitting for those who have tackled at least 25 miles. Hence, the name. I kept thinking of this song, “25 Miles” from Edwin Starr, Sunday morning as I was volunteering for Angeles Crest 100…
